O.C. Nightclub Cleared in Civil Suit

OCEAN CITY, Md.- Ocean City businessman Leyton Moore said his nightclub Seacrets has been cleared of any wrongdoing in a civil suit.

A woman who was brutally assaulted and raped back in 2008 in the parking lot of Seacrets sued the club, arguing club employees could have done something to prevent the incident.

Moore tells WBOC a jury in Baltimore sided with the nightclub Monday, ending the $1 million civil suit.
