ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP)- Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley will be giving the State of the State speech.
The speech is scheduled for Wednesday at noon in Annapolis before the Maryland General Assembly.
There's a new feature to this year's speech. Maryland residents will be able to submit questions to the governor, lieutenant governor and other members of the O'Malley administration.
