Delaware Teen Faces Graffiti, Theft Charges

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - New Castle County police say they've arrested a 15-year-old teenager on charges that he used spray paint to deface cars and homes over the weekend.

The Newark teen, whose name was not released because he's a juvenile, faces multiple counts of criminal mischief, theft, graffiti to property and conspiracy. He's been released on bond.

Police say the vandalism occurred over the weekend in the Heritage Pak and Pinecrest developments. Police say there also was a theft from 1 of the cars, and some of the graffiti including vulgar statements.

Police say two other people are possibly involved in the graffiti.
