Recipe from S. Buckingham of N.Y.
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. strawberrys (1c. chopped, the other sliced)
1 banana
½ c. chopped nuts (optional)
chocolate syrup
caramel sauce (optional)
Make brownie mix as directed on the box. Place parchment paper onto pizza stone or pizza pan and bake for about 12 min. (It will spread no further than the paper).
Take your pineapple and drain. Mix ½ tsp. surgar with softened cream cheese and mix in your pineapple, and 1 cup chopped strawberrys (best if this is done overnight, flavor sets in better). Spread over cooled brownie.
Slice strawberrys and bananas and place onto the cream cheese mixture. Drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over that and sprinkle nuts. Then serve.
