WILMINGTON, Del.- New Castle County Police detectives in New Castle County are investigating the death of a male whose body was found Monday morning at 2100 Delaware Ave. in Silvercroft.

Police and paramedics responded to the call shortly before 8 a.m. and found the body upon their arrival. Investigators said they were unable to identify the victim at this time, but once the identity of the male is determined, that information will be released pending notification of family members.

The body has been taken to the Delaware State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
