GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP)- Corrections officials say an inmate has died after an illness.
The Department of Corrections says 57-year-old Stephen W. Judkins of Wilmington, an inmate at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown, died Saturday at Beebe Medical Center.
