Orbitz Worldwide Names Mike Randolfi As CFO

CHICAGO, Feb. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Orbitz Worldwide (NYSE: OWW), a leading global online travel company, today announced the appointment of Mike Randolfi as the company's CFO, effective March 11.  Mike joins Orbitz Worldwide from Delta Air Lines, where he currently serves as senior vice president and controller.

Mike will have global responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, tax, procurement, internal audit and treasury.  He will be based at the Orbitz Worldwide headquarters in Chicago.  David Belmont, who has served as interim CFO, will return to his position as group vice president, financial planning and analysis.

In the course of his 14-year career at Delta, Mike also held executive positions in financial planning, financial analysis and treasury, as well as accounting and finance assignments, and served in a CFO-equivalent role at the divisional level. He holds a B.A. in accounting and finance from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from Emory University.  He is a certified public accountant and also a certified management accountant.
