Va. State Police Investigate Possible Arson in Wachapreague

WACHAPREAGUE, Va.- Virginia State Police are investigating a possible arson that occurred Saturday night in Wachapreague. 

Police responded to a two-story unoccupied structure fire at around 10:05 p.m. on the 30700 block of Drummondtown Road.

Police said that major fire damage was contained to the rear of the structure.  

No injuries have been reported. Authorities said this fire is still under investigation and once arson has been determined a media release will be sent out.
