Trappe Announces One-Lane Road Closure on Main St.

TRAPPE, Md.- Effective Monday, March 4 at 9 a.m., and continuing for up to three weeks, the northbound lane of Main Street in Trappe at the South Main Street Pumping Station (across from Scott's UM Church) will be closed to all traffic while work is being completed at the pumping station.

The closure will be 24/7 during the construction work.

Town officials said this area will be set-up with all the proper signage and required traffic control devices to permit thru traffic, with northbound traffic Yielding to southbound traffic
