2 Arrested as 17 Pounds of Marijuana is Seized - WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 -

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police have arrested a man and a juvenile after officer say they found 17 pounds of marijuana on the two while they were walking on Lancaster Avenue.

Officers stopped 39-year-old Felix Garcia of Wilmington and a 17-year-old male about 4:30 p.m. Thursday. Police say of search of the two turned up the marijuana, worth more than $38,000.

Garcia is charged with possession of marijuana and other offenses. He is being held on $20,000 cash bail. The juvenile was committed to a detention center.
