Death of Man Found in Del. Ruled a Homicide

MAGNOLIA, Del.- Delaware State Police have announced the death of a man whose body was found along the side of a road in Magnolia has been ruled a homicide.

The body of 25-year-old Jonathan A. Grioli of Clayton was found Nov. 3, 2012, along Autumn Moon Lane near Walnut Shade Road. Troopers said Tuesday that the State Medical Examiner's Office had ruled the manner and cause of death homicide by blunt force trauma.

Troopers say their investigation is continuing.
