RALEIGH, N.C., March 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Orleans Homes Raleigh Division is pleased to announce that Jeb Koury has accepted the role of vice president of sales and marketing for the company's Raleigh Division.

In his role, Mr. Koury will lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives in the Raleigh Division, while working closely with Mitch Sanner, president of the division, to support the company's overall vision and promote Orleans' continued expansion in the region.

"I love this business but was particularly drawn to the culture at Orleans," Jeb explains. "The strength of the leadership and the company-wide dedication to delivering a truly happy experience to both customers and employees has the company poised for success, and I'm thrilled to be a part of it."

An industry veteran, Mr. Koury brings to the company over 38 years of real estate experience. After completing his Bachelor of Business Administration from Campbell University, he cut his teeth first as a onsite sales associate, sales manager, then as director of sales and marketing at two North Carolina communities before creating Coldwell Banker's first new homes division in Raleigh.

Jeb's experience and high level of success in fostering award-winning sales and marketing initiatives led him to senior executive positions in recognized industry leaders including Pulte Homes/Del Webb, Taylor Morrison Homes and Beazer Homes. He has been a Pulte National Top Gun instructor as well as chair of the Raleigh sales and marketing council, and is well-versed in the nuances of the Raleigh real estate market.

Chief marketing officer Lee Darnold notes, "Jeb is a very well-respected and extremely knowledgeable individual. He brings a tremendous amount of experience to the organization. But perhaps even more noteworthy is his proven ability to build successful teams that surpass expectations and deliver unprecedented results-all with a great attitude. His approach fits perfectly with the way we do business at Orleans."
