Aiden's Artist Wins Sunday Feature; Allan Davis Three Winnnes, At Dover Downs


DOVER, DE - Aiden's Artist won for the second time in his last three outings on Sunday to win the $Delaware $20,000 Male Claiming pace on March 16 at Dover Downs. Driver Allan Davis had a triple.

The victory by Aiden's Artist was the second for Allan Davis. Wayne Givens trains the Artiscape-Lady Kimberly Lynn gelding who won for the second time in 2013. Smile A Little (Jim Morand) was the place-horses with early pace-setter Come Together (George Dennis) saving third. The win was the 13th for Aiden's Artist, now a career winner of $176,759/

In Addition to Allan Davis and Vic Kirby with three-win afternoon, Ross Wolfenden and Ben Stafford Jr. had two wins and trainer Ben Stafford also trained two winners

McSauna, Lorrie Please and Spring Break head the Monday $16,000 Mares Winners-Over feature race.

Monday through Thursday post time is 4:30 p.m. There is no live racing on Friday and Saturday in March and April. Sunday post time is 1 p.m.
