Police Looking for Dagsboro Sex Offender

ELLENDALE, Del.- Delaware State Police are looking for a Dagsboro sex offender wanted for failure to re-register his current address with authorities. 
 
Investigators said they have obtained warrants for 60-year-old Thomas M. Hale, who is a Tier II (medium-risk) sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register his current address and had not notified the DSP Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit within three days as he is required to do by law. 
 
Hale is described as white, 5-foot-8, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be in the Georgetown area.
 
According to the Delaware Sex Offender Registry, Hale was convicted in Florida in March 1993 of committing a lewd and lascivious act upon a child between the ages of 1 and 11. 
 
Anyone with information on Hale's whereabouts is asked to call (302) 672-5306.
