Shoreman of the Week
Senior baseball player Sean Connole (Mt. Airy, MD/St. John's Catholic) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Connole, who was named the Centennial Conference Player of the Week, hit .609 in a 2-3 week for the Shoremen, recording multiple hits in all five games.
Connole was 14-for-23 with two doubles, a triple, six runs scored, nine RBI, and three stolen bases over the course of the Shoremen's five games. He finished the week by going 4-for-5 with three RBI and a run scored in Washington's 17-16 win over Greenville Saturday.
Shorewoman of the Week
Sophomore lacrosse player Emily Hubley (West Chester, PA/Bayard Rustin) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Hubley had an outstanding game on both ends of the field in the Shorewomen's 14-7 win over Wheaton Thursday.
Hubley scored five goals and assisted on three others in the victory over the Lyons. She also piled up six ground balls, four draw controls, and five caused turnovers.
