CHESWOLD, Del.- A Middletown man is under arrest after Cheswold police officers said they seized more than 100 prescription pills during a traffic stop.
Forty-three-year-old Matthew Estrep told Cheswold police he had pain medication in his car during a traffic stop. Officers said they found 65 Vicodin pills and a bottle contain 50 Soma pills that did not belong to him.
Estrep is charged with two counts of drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Estrep was arraigned at JP court 7 and released on $1,200 secured bond.
