SALISBURY, Md.- A former gym teacher at Beaver Run Elementary School in Salisbury was found not guilty in a "Peeping Tom" case. That was the verdict from a Wicomico County jury on Tuesday.

Jeffrey Brabitz, 33, of Berlin, appeared in Wicomico County Circuit Court on charges he spied on unknowing victims right inside the school back in December.

The trial was based on charges that Brabitz allegedly installed a hidden video camera in a storage room at the school. The room was designated for women in the school to breastfeed or pump during school hours.
