DOVER, Del.- Dover police say a Georgia man is facing drug and related charges after officers seized a large quantity of PCP from him over the weekend.

Police said that late Sunday morning officers were called to a vacant property located on Heritage Drive to investigate a trespassing incident involving several people. When officers arrived on the scene, several people ran away. However, police said one of the people, 32-year-old Eljer Ingram of Augusta, Ga., attempted to flush a large amount of PCP in the toilet but failed. Officers said they recovered 2984.5 grams of PCP mixture and 1.2 grams of marijuana.

Four other people were taken into custody and arrested for trespassing.

Ingram was charged with possession of PCP Tier 5 quantity, possession of drug paraphernalia resisting arrest and first-degree trespassing. He was ordered held in the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $51,250 secured bond.
