HARRINGTON, Del.- Police have arrested a Harrington man accused of shooting a BB gun at an 18-year-old victim.

Michael G. Carter, 20, was taken into custody Saturday by Harrington police and charged with third-degree conspiracy, second-degree reckless endangering and disorderly conduct.

Police said Carter's arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred June 18, when officers responded to the 100 block of Dorman Street for a report of people shooting at the victim with a BB gun.

Police said that during the course of the investigation, Carter was identified as one of the suspects and officers obtained warrants for his arrest.

Following his arrest on the aforementioned charges, Carter was released on $2,500 unsecured bond.

The victim was not injured in the incident, authorities said.
