DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police are looking for a Dover sex offender wanted for failure to re-register his current address with authorities.
Investigators said they have obtained warrants for 28-year-old Jamar A. Trower, who is a Tier II (medium-risk) sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register his current address and had not notified the DSP Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit within three days as he is required to do by law.
Trower is described as black, 6-foot-tall, 285 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
According to the Delaware Sex Offender Registry, Trower was convicted in November 2002 of second-degree unlawful sexual contact with a victim between the ages of 12 and 15.
Anyone with information on Trower's whereabouts is asked to call (302) 672-5306.
