Easton Man Charged With Rape, Human Trafficking

EASTON, Md.- Authorities have arrested an Easton man on 18 charges, including second-degree rape and human trafficking.

Easton police said that 39-year-old Donald R. Brown Jr. was taken before a Talbot County District Court Commissioner where he was ordered to be held without bond at the Talbot County Detention Center.

Brown is accused of befriending a young woman in Talbot County, and then forcing her to have sex. Police said Brown then introduced her to prostitution and transported her to locations for the purpose of prostitution.
