Four Arrested in Shots Fired Incident in Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md.- Police have arrested four men in connection with a shots fired incident that occurred Tuesday afternoon in the area of Catherine and West Main streets in Salisbury.

Officials said their investigation showed an unidentified black male fired a handgun before leaving the scene. Officers responding to the call noticed a black-colored vehicle fleeing the scene.

Officers later spotted the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. According to police, they discovered a handgun and ammunition inside the vehicle.

The car's four occupants were arrested and taken into custody. Police said all four men were legally prohibited from possessing firearms, either due to previous convictions or being under the age of 21.

The four suspects are identified as Willis Wilfred Ginn, 27, of Delmar, Md., Tiras Javon Dupont, 22, of Salisbury, Jermaine Tyrone Dupone, 22, of Salisbury, and Devante Jabarr Waters, 19, of Salisbury. All four men are facing weapons-related charges.
