Harrington Police Search for Robbery Suspect

HARRINGTON, Del.- Harrington police are searching for a man wanted for robbing a Dollar Genera store.

Police say it happened around 3 p.m. Saturday in the Midway Shopping Center.

Investigators said the man walked into the store, showed a handgun and demanded cash and cellphones from people inside the store. Police said that after the holdup, the man then ran away toward South DuPont Highway.

The suspect is described as a dark-skinned man in his late teens or early 20s, 5-foot--0 and 170-180 pounds. The suspect has black hair and was last seen wearing a white hat, white sunglasses, dark color shirt with paint on it, tan pants and sneakers.
