It will be staffed with 125 representatives on Oct. 1, when residents can begin selecting health insurance plans through the state-based insurance market place. The call center will be open seven days a week during the open enrollment period, which ends on March 31.

The call center is located at 1 South St. in Baltimore. The toll-free phone number is 1-855-642-8572 and 1-855-642-8573 for TTY service.
