OCEAN CITY, Md.- Ocean City have arrested an man accused of exposing himself to people on several different occasions.

Police said that late Monday night, officers were called to the area of Jamestown Road to investigate complaints about a man exposing himself in a vehicle. Officers had responded to the area on previous occasions for similar complaints, police said, but added that the suspect had left the area before officers arrived.

But police said that on this occasion, officers arrived in time to locate the suspect, who was later identified as 28-year-old Erik T. Rosado, of Ocean City, who was seated in his vehicle. Investigators said they determined that Rosado was the person who had been seen by victims in his vehicle exposing himself to passersby. Police said officers located two witnesses who positively identified Rosado as the suspect who had exposed himself three different times over the past two weeks.

After being interviewed by detectives, Rosado was charged with four counts of indecent exposure. Bond information was not immediately available.

The Ocean City Police Department is asking anyone who may have been the victim of a similar incident in the Jamestown Road area to contact Detective Nick Simpson of the OCPD Criminal Investigation Division at (410) 520-5349.
