MILLSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police say two men were arrested after troopers found Oxycodone, marijuana, heroin and firearms in a car during a traffic stop.

Troopers say they pulled over 22-year-old Michael A. Lowe and 23-year-old Klin C. Gootee, both of Laurel, after they saw the silver Chrysler Concord make a traffic violation on Long Neck Road.

Troopers say neither the Lowe, nor his two passengers had a valid driver's license.  Lowe was arrested on active arrest warrant and police found 18 Oxycodone pills and $243 cash on his person.

Troopers also found 5.55 grams of marijuana and 13 bags of heroin under the driver's seat.

State Police  say when the two passengers were ordered out of the car, Gootee stashed a purple bag he had been sitting on, under the passenger seat.  Inside of the bag, police found a loaded .32-caliber revolver. A loaded .22-caliber revolver with an obliterated serial number was also found under the passenger seat.  Officers say two grams of marijuana, an Oxycodone pill, 42 bags of heroin and $216 in cash was found on Gootee's person.

Lowe and Gootee were arrested on numerous drug and weapons possession charges.  The car's rear passenger was not charged.
