LAUREL, Del.- An investigation into the online distribution of child pornography has led to the arrest of a Laurel man, the Delaware Attorney General's Office announced Monday.

Authorities said Delaware Child Predator Task Force detectives launched an investigation after the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice provided information about the online distribution of child pornography between someone in New Jersey and a Delaware man, identified as 40-year-old Douglas A. Little.

As a result of the Delaware investigation, on Thursday, Sept. 5, Task Force detectives took Little into custody as he was leaving for work. A search warrant was also executed by Task Force detectives and a Delaware State Police trooper at Little's home on Carvel Avenue in Laurel.

Authorities said that during the search, multiple computers, a cellphone and numerous digital storage devices were seized. An initial forensic examination of the seized evidence recovered multiple files of child pornography, investigators said.

As a result of the investigation, Little was arrested Thursday and charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography. He was ordered held in lieu of $500,000 cash bail.

Investigators also said they learned that Little was employed as a Comcast technician where he had access to customers' homes to complete installation work.
