Delaware State Police Searching for Sex Offenders

DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police say they are on the lookout for three sex offenders wanted for failing to register their current addresses with authorities as required by law.

Members of the DSP Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit are searching for:

  • Patrick M. Feddiman, 42, of Millsboro, is described as a Tier 2 (medium-risk) offender. Feddiman is wanted for failing to register and re-register his address. He is described as a black male, 5-foot-11, 196 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
  • Monty D. Hall, 38, of Frankford, is described as a Tier 2 (medium-risk) offender. Hall is wanted for two counts of failing to re-register his address. He is described as a black male, 5-foot-10, 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
  • Daniel Young, 28, of Lewes, is described as a Tier 1 (low-risk) offender. Young is wanted for failing to register and re-register his address. He is described as a black male, 5-foot-7, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

The SOAR Unit is asking anyone who may know the location of any of the three to call (302) 672-5306 or use the DSP Mobile Crime Tip Application available to download at http://www.delaware.gov/apps/. Information may also be provided by calling the Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via http://www.tipsubmit.com or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword "DSP."
