Woman Dies in Millsboro Motorcycle Crash

Posted: Updated:

MILLSBORO, Del. – Authorities say a woman riding a motorcycle has died in a crash in Millsboro.

Millsboro police said 30-year-old Adedoylin Ademiluyi of Abingdon, Md., was riding a Yamaha sport bike southbound on US 113 and failed to stop at a red light.

Police said Ademiluyi went into the intersection and hit a vehicle that was making a legal turn onto US 113 northbound from SR 24 eastbound.

Ademiluyi was taken to a local hospital where she later died from her injuries.

Police said a preliminary investigation suggests speed was a primary factor in the crash.

Information associated with the other vehicle is not available at this time.
