Body Found in Car at Milford McDonald's

MILFORD, Del.- Authorities are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a car parked outside the McDonald's in Milford.

Milford police said that on Monday officers responded to the parking lot of the McDonald's on North Dupont Boulevard after receiving a report of a possible dead man in a car. Authorities said officers checked the vehicle and found the body of a man in the driver's seat. The body was identified as that of 55-year-old Charles Bruce Horne of Seaford.

Investigators believe that Horne had been deceased in the car for about 24 hours prior to being discovered. The case was turned over to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for further investigation.

Police said no foul play is suspected at this time.
