Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce Leader Resigns
BETHANY BEACH, Del. (AP)- The executive director of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce has resigned after less than a year on the job.
David Martin has announced his resignation. Martin was selected from a pool of 86 applicants and started in the position Jan. 2. He replaced Carrie Subity, who stepped down after serving more than seven years.
Martin came to the area from Hilton Head, S.C. He had been vice president of an arts center.
Incoming Chamber of Commerce President Kami Banks will serve as acting executive director of the business group.
