Two Juveniles Arrested in Salisbury Bike Thefts

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury police have arrested two juveniles believed to be responsible for breaking the locks off of two bicycles and stealing them.

Police said that at around 6 p.m. Sept. 15, two bicycles were reported as stolen in the area of 1415 University Terrace.
