Man Charged With Firing Rifle in His Townsend Home
TOWNSEND, Del. (AP) - New Castle County Police have arrested a man they say fired a rifle at two people in his home during a verbal altercation.
It happened about 8 p.m. Saturday in Townsend. Police say 43-year-old Douglas Rolli had a verbal dispute with a relative and the relative's guest. Officers say Rolli fired a rifle in the direction of the two while they sat on a couch in the living room.
The two fled and called 911.
Rolli has been charged with reckless endangering and aggravated menacing.
