WILMINGTON, Del. (AP)- New Castle County Police say they are investigating a double homicide in Wilmington.

Police say they were called to the Paladin Club Condominiums on Monday just before 1:30 a.m. for a report of shots fired. Police say officers found two victims at the location as 46-year-old Joseph Connell and his 39-year-old wife, Olga. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman was taken to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

Police say a preliminary investigation revealed that someone in the area heard a man yelling just before the shots were fired. Police say they have no information about a suspect and no clear motive for the shooting.
