SALISBURY, Md.- Ready or not, here it comes! A major portion of the Affordable Care Act takes effect today, Oct. 1. Are you prepared?

Health exchange representatives from Maryland Delaware and Virginia will be in the WBOC NewsPlex during our newscasts to explain how the new health care act works. They will also be here to help you figure out which plan is best for you and offer you free advice on how to sign up.
