Police Seeking ID of Theft Suspect

MILFORD, Del.- Delaware State Police are asking the public's help identifying a suspect accused of using a stolen debit card to obtain money from an ATM.

Troopers said that on Aug. 9 and 10, the male suspect used the card at an ATM located at M&T Bank in Milford.  The suspect conducted two separate transactions and was able to withdraw more than $1,800 in cash from the 38-year-old female victim's account. 

Investigators said the suspect depicted in surveillance photos is a black male with a medium build wearing a tank top and a red brim baseball hat.
