Milford Man Charged With Terroristic Threatening


MILFORD, Del. -- Police say they arrested a Milford man for offensive touching, terroristic threatening and criminal impersonation after a drunken fight Saturday morning.

According to Milford Police, the fight on the 200 block of N. Washington Street began as a verbal argument. 36-year-old Juan Gonzalez punched two victims, causing minor injuries. Gonzalez gave police a fake name when they arrived.

Gonzalez was charged with two counts of Offensive Touching, two counts of Terroristic Threatening and Criminal Impersonation. Gonzalez was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $2000 secured bond.
