Salisbury Police Arrest Man for Armed Robberies

SALISBURY, Md. – Police in Wicomico County say they think they've caught the man behind multiple armed robberies.

Salisbury Police arrested Ruben Collins, 42, of Salisbury following a high-speed car chase Tuesday night.

Detectives with the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation said they believe Collins is behind the two day-time armed robberies that happened Monday morning. One was at Vintage Beverage on Snow Hill Road and the other at the Parsonsburg Quick Stop.

Collins faces several changes including resisting arrest and two counts of armed robbery.
