LEIPSIC, Del. (WBOC/AP) - Delaware State Police have charged a Leipsic man with stealing guns to sell.

Nineteen-year-old Jeremy Delinois surrendered to troopers Monday afternoon. He has been charged with third-degree burglary, three counts of theft of a firearm, theft under $1,500, selling stolen property under $1,500 and criminal mischief.

Police say Delinois broke into a shed on Hutcha Alley in early October and stole three long guns. Troopers say two of the firearms have been recovered while a 12-gauge shotgun has not.

Following his arrest on the aforementioned charges, Delinois was released on $2,250 secured bond.
