Salisbury Therapist Pleads Guilty to Assault

SALISBURY, Md.- Clarence Green, a mental health therapist formerly employed by TLC Community Services, pleaded guilty Wednesday to second-degree assault of a female patient.

Green, 58, of Salisbury, had originally faced several charges, including two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of fourth-degree sex offense and indecent exposure following accusations that he exposed his genitals to a female patient and groped her.

According to Wicomico County Assistant State's Attorney Kristen Schultz, part of Green's plea agreement was for him to forfeit his license.

He was sentenced to 24 months of probation after the victim in the case requested Green receive no jail time.
