NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have identified the body that was found in marshland near New Castle Airport.

Troopers said Friday that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner identified 49-year-old John G. Heeney of Delaware City through dental records.

Authorities say Heeney's body showed no apparent trauma. The cause and manner of death are still under investigation.

A billboard maintenance crew found the decomposing skeletal remains Wednesday just off Route 13.
