Man Dies in ATV Accident in Millsboro

Posted: Updated:

MILLSBORO, Del. (AP) - A Millsboro man has died after his all-terrain vehicle overturned in a wooded area near the intersection of Robinson Way and Thorogoods Road.

State police say 57-year-old Frank Wilkerson drove over some loose rocks that gave way, causing his ATV to tumble down a hill and land on top of him.

Workers inspecting a railroad track found Wilkerson's body Friday afternoon and called police. It's not yet clear exactly when the accident occurred.
