Woman Robbed in Dover "Toys R` Us" Parking Lot

DOVER, Del. -- Police are asking for the public to help them find a suspect in a robbery at the parking lot of the Dover Toys R` Us on Nov. 15.

Dover police say at 12:50 p.m. a 77-year-old woman was leaving the store when the suspect attacked her. The suspect stole the woman's purse, before quickly entering a blue or teal sedan to flee, dragging the victim several feet. The woman was taken to the local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect drove toward the ACME grocery store where his vehicle was caught on surveillance video. Dover police say the suspect is described as a black male with blue frame glasses. No further details about the suspect are known at this time.
