Troopers Investigate Armed Robbery of Harrington Shore Stop

HARRINGTON, Del. - Delaware State Police say two masked men robbed a Harrington Shore Stop early Saturday morning.

Investigators say it happened just before 6 a.m. in the 16000 block of South DuPont Highway.

Troopers say the two men, one armed with a handgun, confronted a 65-year old female employee and demanded cash. Troopers say the employee turned over an undisclosed amount of money and then the men ran away from the store.

The employee was not injured.
