Shore Stop in Felton Robbed

FELTON, Del.- Delaware State Police are looking for a suspect wanted for robbing the Shore Stop convenience store located on the 8000 block of South DuPont Highway in Felton.

According to police, the crime occurred at around 4:07 a.m. Monday, when the male suspect entered the store with a handgun. The suspect reportedly demanded money from the 20-year-old female clerk, who gave him cash. Police said the suspect then fled the scene.

Troopers said the suspect was described as black, about 5-foot-10 and with an average build. No clothing description or video surveillance were available, according to police.
