CRISFIELD, Md.- Crisfield police say a man arrested Tuesday on drug charges is the half-brother of the alleged ringleader of the "Florida Boyz" drug organization.

Tevin Aaron Haynes, 19, of Somers Cove Apartments in Crisfield, was arrested on Tuesday at the 3300 block of Sackertown Road. Investigators said they seized 28 bags of crack cocaine during the arrest.

According to police, Haynes is the half-brother of Eddie Neal, the alleged head of the "Florida Boyz" drug organization based out of Crisfield.

Haynes was charged with possession of a controlled drug substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug substance and possession of a controlled drug substance of paraphernalia. He was ordered held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
