DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police say they arrested a Dover man early Wednesday after he was found with an array of illegal drugs in his possession.

Police said 33-year old Rashad Miller was taken into custody at around 1 a.m. after he was found with approximately 8.2 grams of crack cocaine, four bags of heroin and a 129-gram bottle containing PCP.

Troopers said they noticed a 1994 Mercury Tracer driving on President Drive. Police said when the driver of the car saw the state police car, him and his passenger abruptly stopped the car in front of an abandoned home and fled.

Officers said Miller was already under probation, as his probation officer recognized him.

While under arrest, police said Miller continually reached his hands toward his back pocket. According to police, officers conducted a pat down of Miller and located a large bottle of PCP in his back pocket.

Miller was charged with possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 5 quantity, three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity and possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver of the car was issued a traffic citation for driving with a suspended license and was released.

Miller is being held at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Institute in lieu of $125,500 cash bond.
