Hurlock Teen Charged With Burglary, Assault


HURLOCK, Md. – Deputies with the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office have arrested a 19-year-old man accused of forcing two people to assist him in the break-in of a home.

Authorities said James Michael Fox, of Hurlock, was charged for his role in a burglary on the 4100 block of East New Market Road back on Oct. 21.

According to police, Fox forced two people at knifepoint to drive him to an abandoned house and assist in the burglary and theft which took place there.

Fox was charged with several counts of assault, reckless endangerment, burglary and theft. He is being held in the Dorchester County Detention Center in lieu of $75,000 bond.
