New TV Station for Delmarva: WBOC Classics

SALISBURY, Md.- WBOC Classics, an Antenna TV affiliate, officially launched Tuesday, Dec. 17 on Comcast Channel 207 and over-the-air channel 16.2. It is now also offered on Bay Country Cable Channel 27.

"We are thrilled to offer our viewers wholesome, family entertainment on WBOC Classics," said WBOC/FOX21 VP/General Manager Craig Jahelka. "These are the shows we grew up with--ones we can now share with our children."

The programming includes shows such as Green Acres, Bewitched, Mister Ed, Flipper, All in Family, The Monkees, The Patridge Family, I Dream of Jeannie, The Patty Duke Show, Dennis The Menace, Sanford and Son, McHale's Navy and other classics.  A full program schedule is available at http://antennatv.tv/

At launch, WBOC Classics will be available free, over-the-air on digital channel 16.2, on Comcast Cable Channel 207 in Wicomico, Somerset, Dorchester, Worcester and Sussex counties, and Bay Country Cable Channel 27, based out of Cambridge, Md.

"We hope other cable companies here on Delmarva will soon agree to carry WBOC Classics," Jahelka said.  "We want everyone to be able to enjoy these classic programs."

WBOC-TV, FOX21 and WBOC Classics are locally owned and operated by Draper Holdings, which also owns Draper Digital Media and Loblolly, L.L.C.
