Salisbury Man Arrested After Shots-Fired Incident

SALISBURY, Md.- A Salisbury man is facing firearms and related charges after authorities say he fired shots during a dispute with another man.

Arnell Bivens, 20, is charged with reckless endangerment, handgun on person, firearm used in commission of violent crime, minor in possession of handgun, disorderly conduct and discharge firearm in city limits. 

Salisbury police said Bivens' arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred at around 2:35 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6. According to investigators, Bivens and another man were involved in an argument on the 700 block of West Main Street when Bivens fired three shots with a handgun. There were no reported injuries.  

On Sunday, Bivens was taken into custody on the aforementioned charges and turned over to the custody of Wicomico Central Booking.
